It must generate toolpaths that suppress heat generation during cutting and mitigate tool-related failures, even under high-speed, high-feed conditions.

At the core of FFCAM is its ability to generate optimal toolpaths — from roughing through finishing — based on our proprietary FF (Fast Finish) machining theory. This enables stable, high-speed machining with significantly reduced tool wear and a lower risk of tool breakage. FFCAM also incorporates field-proven cutting conditions drawn from the extensive machining expertise we have accumulated as a machine tool manufacturer.


Flexible Expansion to Match Your Needs

FFCAM composed of a “Standard functions” + Optional functions.
Depending on the business size and operational system, you can use a combination of the necessary function (optional).For example when considering 5 axes of machining or introduced already,you can add “5 axis Machining” and “VERICUT Interface” to “Standard functions (FFCAM)”.
When you focus on your design, we recommend that you add “STL Model Machining” and “Hairline Finish” to “Standard functions” (FFCAM).
